I'd try to score 4♠+4♥+1♦+1♣.
♠A+♠K+♠ruff+♣A+♠Ruff+♣Ruff low+♦K hoping to be able to score ♦Q before anything awful happens.
IMO the lead from low spades sugests that LHO has the trump queen, but I don't find how it might help me to make the contract.

Same for me, but because it is MP's: if LHO has less then 5 ♠'s then I let ♦T run after I ruffed last ♠ hoping to make 2 ♦'s for +1.

Important question:
How many tricks is the north hand (the club suit hand) likely to be taking in 3NT. As it's match points, that's an important issue because I suspect that at least half of the field is likely to play in 3NT, not 4H. Once you figure out how many tricks the hand makes in NT, that should be at least a partial guide to how to play the hand in hearts.
