Not sure if this is the best line.

I'll try a diamond to the Queen first. If the King is poorly placed, then I need to guess which way to finesse the heart to ditch a diamond loser and which way to finesse the club to avoid a club loser.

If the diamond is well-placed, presumably LHO hops and returns another diamond (or I claim). I win that in hand and run down to spades before entering deciding what to do.

I cannot see any better line.

This line also has the advantage that if LHO has the K and decides (for whatever reason) to duck, you are now a claim. Ace and another diamond, done.

If LHO hops the K, you also have the advantage of being able to cash the AK of the suit that you choose not to use for the finesse against the Q before taking the finesse, in the off chance that the Q is doubleton or one of the opponents unguarded the suit.

Same here. Get into the Kreskin aspects of this hand later in the play.

Don't hold your breath that LHO will ever duck the KD here.

By the way, unless LHO just walked over from Randomville, I'm inclined early to start placing him with the goodies. His trump lead is an indication that he expects to set this hand by defending passively.

Kind of funny. Actually I now think that the line is small toward the Queen, playing low no matter what LHO plays.

I think the chances actually favor RHO having Kx more than LHO ducking with the King. If I duck the diamond around and RHO wins this small, he will either return a small diamond back, in which case I was likely losing the Queen anyway, or he returns the King, in which case I now no longer need to guess the hearts and the clubs.

So, I retract. Duck a heart.

Heck -- might even catch RHO with the stiff King, a claimer.

Great idea. The Q might even be useful in the endgame if Kx doesn't tumble down.
