I think id play spade to the K, Run the J of hearts. then take the ruffing finesse in hearts later.

Something like
S to K
Run J of hearts
Win return
AH
QS
S to the A
Ruffing finesse in H
If this works I have

2H
3C
2D
1H ruff
1D ruff

Dont know if its the best percentage line, but its what id do.
