System, maybe, although if there is nothing there it may be reasonable to assume at least a working knowledge of BBO standard as published in the help system.

Just delete your flag...
How?
In your BBO directory on your computer... Folder 'Flags' perhaps?
Ah, I was still looking for an "option". Thanks.

A possible reason may also be, that those players created
their account using the new flash version.
My guess is, if you do it this way, you wont have a windows
version installed on your computer.
With kind regards

PS: I doubt someone would seriouly delete a folder.

Does that really work? I would expect my flags folder to be used for displaying other people's flags on my computer, not the other way round.

If you delete your own flag it works. But I didn't test it on other people's profiles...
I haven't deleted the entire folder, if you want to know, just try it

Deleting the local copy of the flag does not work. You cannot see your own flag, but others still can.

For me it is just a question of looking to see if they play 2/1 and consider themselves advanced or expert (worldclass tend to be out of my world or worldcrass, if you get my drift). I play enough with them to be able to make an appropriate comment in my player notes or I make them a friend and look for them the next time I want to play.
When you inject some real life into the artificial world of on-line bridge it helps restore a sense of reality which makes the game a little more human.

I see you're what my grandmother would have called a bit of a rapscallion.
