I'm not sure, as I'm bidding in a systemic context I don't know well. However, my gut tells me that 4NT as a spade cue slam move seems right.

I am not sure what I am going to bid, but before I bid it, I would like to know what the 4♦ bid was, splinter or fit jump? I am thinking it was fit jump due to the way it was alerted, but it might have meant shows spades, which i s clear anyway.

Passing the buck a bit, but it's partner who knows whether he is looking at three small diamonds, a singleton diamond or something in between.

Hard to believe 4♠ is more than one off after partner's failure to double and could easily be making and I expect 5♥ to make or be one off soI'll takeout some insurance.

I doubt that after this bidding 4 Spade will be a bloodbath.
Well actually I am not sure, it can be a bloodbath for us.
I have one trick for the defence opposite a partner who passed 4 Spade.

But I have 11 working points for my partner and just two useless points. My hopes for making 5 HEart are immense.

Double will be wrong when partner thinks you have some soft spade tricks.

I bid 5♥ but I don't like it that much.
