I have experienced a lot of connection losses in the last few weeks. At log-on I often get kicked off and reconnected several times before all the player names have been loaded.

It is hard to know whether this is the site's or my system's problem.

So, I wondered what other people are experiencing and to whom one might direct a query about the site servce record.

I have this problem on occassion.

Usually means I have too much crud in the background, so I don't have much memory available. While my system gathers the remaining memory, my connection times out.

Well, you are not alone. My friend/partner has started to experience the same problem (just in the last two weeks). Even when he manages to get onto BBO his 'system' is slow, too slow to play.
Curiously, he is OK up to about 8pm GMT. He uses AOL.
If he doesn't solve this problem I need a new partner
