play a couple of top trumps to see wich player has 2.
If its East I play ♠AK then run the Jack.
If its West I play for 3-3.
If its East I play ♠AK then run the Jack.
If its West I play for 3-3.

This depends on the heart spots played at trick 1 and 2. If RHO has 5 hearts and then shows up with 2 diamonds to LHOs 4 hearts and 1 diamond that would be enough to get me to finesse LHO for Qxxx.

Just to clarify what Fluffy and Justin said:
You should always play ♠A, then K on this one, otherwise you should give up on too many chances. Then play the J, and if LHO plays low guess whether to play for 3-3 or the ruffing finesse. Justin has the cut-off point exactly right if you want to go for the percentage play.

You should play low from dummy at trick 1. Perhaps it will not be clear to RHO that he has to take his Ace of hearts in order for the defense to have a chance. If he does not take his Ace of hearts you can claim (assuming trumps are 2-1) - draw trump and play 3 rounds of spades, discarding dummy's heart.
Maybe the bidding and West's opening lead make it unlikely that East will ever duck his Ace of hearts at trick 1, but playing the King never gains. It can't hurt to give East the chance to make a mistake.

It seems a safe assumption but just to be sure, you meant to make south 5242? (he is 5243 right now)

This was also my first reaction: "why ♥K?".

5 rounds of diamonds and check their discards then decide how to play the spades
