I have this small cute mp3/mp4 player with a display of 128x160 pixels. The problem is that if I convert a video with "landscape" layout, I have to make it 128x96, thereby wasting half of the screen. Does anyone know a software that can rotate a video by 90 degrees? Thanks in advance.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

Not political? Liar! Are you wanting to rotate 90 degrees left or right?

Asuming that you have the proper codecs installed and if your MP4 movie is inside of an "avi" container you can use the free VirtualDub for the rotate, resize, recompress step.
It will produce an "avi" container again.

Prior to converting to landscape, you might just try turning your monitor on its side. Its a whole lot easier, and much simpler to undo if you make a mistake.

Oh goodie, finally someone with answers..... B)

Pretty please, when I download a torrent avi and play it in MP or Real or Winamp, they are often REALLY dark. What can I do? (my monitor controls are maxed out)

Many thanks.

VirtualDup has filters for that to.

The problem is that it is limited to avi files and that video compression takes a lot of CPU power/time.
