There are a number of times where I've found myself wishing that you could input a partially played hand in the teaching table. Currently every hand needs 13 cards. These hand fragments come from either the endgame of hands that I've played in real life where I can only remember the last 5 cards or from book problems where you see a double dummy problem with a 5-7 tricks left of somewhere in that area.

I realize you can just put in arbitrary extra cards and just play the hand down but this is somewhat of a pain.

On top of this, in situations where you might receive some ending and be looking for an endplay or a strip squeeze it might be nice to be able to tell GIB 'I need 5 of the last 6 tricks' or something of that matter so DD software could be used to elucidate the solution if it's a pretty tricky problem.
