Movie Editor I want to edit movies offline.

I am involved with mentoring, and I would like to be able to edit my movies without having to log in to BBO and start a Teaching table.

Is there any way when you are offline to run the same editor that is available when you are in a teaching table?

I have looked but haven't figured it out.
