BBO is not available in your language

Every time open BBO, an error message is saying that BBO is not available in my language.

1. By definition of error, it should be impossible for BBO to continue. The process should be killed. Actually nothing remarkable really happens, everything proceeds as usual.
2. Is the warning really so important to be displayed EVERY time I open BBO?
