I actually made that point in my last post. It read:

"We do not get accurate information until very late (sometimes not at all, sometimes even wrong info). As an example, we were also promised two tables; we only got one. And I know for a fact that they even had a spare operator at hand!"

You are the one I was referring to between the lines, so I was as surprised as you were, Barry.
